Bay Nature Hike: Sears Point Restoration

02/22/2026 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PT

Description

Join Bay Nature and Sonoma Land Trust for a restoration walk at the Dickson Unit of the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge on Sunday, February 22 from 10am - 12pm. Sonoma Land Trust staff will discuss restoration techniques and adaptive management strategies as we walk along the levee trail along the 10-year-old tidal marsh restoration area. Sears Point was featured in our Winter 2026 magazine piece "25 Years of Change," about four restoration sites in the Bay Area that have undergone immense changes over the past 25 years. Join this hike to learn more about Sears Point's path to restoration! Tickets are free for Bay Nature Members.
