Bay Nature Summer 2023

Description

This summer, Bay Nature introduces a new ongoing project examining the astonishing amount of federal funding flowing to Bay Area nature from the Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. We're calling it Wild Billions. We also listen to the ribbits and krek-krek-kreks of Pacific chorus frogs. We talk with farmers about how groundwater scarcity is reshaping California's Central Valley. We float with the strange babies that become tidepool denizens, and learn why the tarantula hawk wasp is among the world's baddest moms.
